  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.
  • Once the order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Policy

  • We accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong items received.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • You must inform us about the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Please share clear photos of the received product at info@shopzuhoor.com for verification before initiating a return.
  • Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.

3. Refund Process

  • After the returned product passes the quality check, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to your original mode of payment (credit card, debit card, UPI, or bank transfer).
  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer — you’ll need to share your account details.
  • Please note: shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sarees that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Products bought on clearance or final sale.

5. Damaged or Defective Products
